Merking Makers
For the merkin curious, we the hairy textile lovers: Aghh! Zine and Devil’s Dyke Network invite you to create merkins with us! Express yourself through the merkin, learn the technique of needle-felting and generally have a fun, silly and performative time with a pinch of serious discussion thrown in.
Queer Zine Workshop
Led by local zinester, Gem aka unattainableblonde come and enjoy a fun, fruity zine workshop reflecting upon themes of Queer Joy and Queer Rage!
We will be using protest ephemera and images of Queer icons to create zines and collages.
This event is lgbtqia+ inclusive and open to all genders.
Measure 2 Measure: Workshop on Themes
Join the writer of Measure 2 Measure, Sam Chittenden, as they unpack the themes of Shakespeare’s ‘problem play’. An interactive workshop exploring the themes in Measure 2 Measure, and providing an opportunity for participants to express their views and righteous anger.
