Black Brighton Market is an all day family-friendly market held on a weekend, it has it’s permanent residency at The Actors pub, where it spans across two rooms on the first floor. You will also find the market doing pop-ups at different venues and events. The day consists of different, specialised artists and makers selling their work and/or skill. Alongside a range of performances including a booked headline and open mic.
The Tempest

This pirate-themed show is a swashbuckling comedy, with magic, mayhem and sea shanties galore to warm the cockles of your heart on a cold winter’s night.
The Whole Pack is an all-female Shakespeare company bringing something daring and different to Shakespeare to bring the magic of Shakespeare’s plays to life for audiences.

Urban Moves: Xmas Show

Urban Moves is hosting 5 up and coming, local, talented, Hip Hop, R&B and Neo Soul and funk people of colour musicians from the Sussex area.

🎟️ Urban Moves is fundraising for a day music festival in summer 2025 and is selling raffle tickets for it on the night. The raffle tickets are £1 each and the prizes are 2 free tickets to Urban Moves's next gig, 1 Ariana Grande body mist, Urban Moves music CD and a few box of Hotel Chocolate.
