Black Brighton Market is an all day family-friendly market held on a weekend, it has it’s permanent residency at The Actors pub, where it spans across two rooms on the first floor. You will also find the market doing pop-ups at different venues and events. The day consists of different, specialised artists and makers selling their work and/or skill. Alongside a range of performances including a booked headline and open mic.

Expect Do the Thing’s full throttle commitment to the daftest ideas, the most farcical characters and tunes you’ll be whistling for weeks after. All made up for you live by a cast of two (Yes Anderson & Stellar Firma’s Tim Meredith and Simon Plotkin) and an orchestra of one (Ian Scott).

Step into the swirling passions of the past with History-onics, the improvised historical soap opera. You pick the era – Victorian London, Ancient Egypt, the swinging 60s – and we create a show that’s all made up on the spot. rapid unscheduled disassembly is an intimate and poetic new play that asks how it’s possible to live with purpose when even the most solid parts of your life might fall apart at any moment.
