Code of Conduct

Our Mission:

At The Actors we want to provide a safe, comfortable and welcoming space for everyone. If anyone makes you feel unsafe, pleas speak to the bar staff who will be able to help.

1) Consent Is Everything!

No means no! Do not touch anyone without their expressed consent and if anyone is making you feel uncomfortable please come to the bar and tell a member of staff.

2) Keep Your Hands To Yourself

Unless specifically invited, don’t invade people’s personal space and bodily autonomy. Please respect and listen when someone tells you they need more personal space!

3) Pronouns

Don’t assume, ask! Please respect all pronouns given. This is also not an invitation to ask invasive questions.

4) Home From Home

Make yourself comfy and respect your surroundings. If you need anything whilst you are at The Actors, please ask our friendly staff for help!

5) Non Gendered Toilets

We have individual stalls and urinals. Please use whichever you feel comfortable using and show other customers the same respect that you would hope for.

6) Watch Your Words!

Be mindful if your compliments, comments or questions are making someone feel uncomfortable. If you’re not sure, ask.

7) Look After One Another

We have a very loving community that comes to our venue. Please reach out if you need any help and speak to bar staff in you or anyone need support.
