AZIZ! Show and Dance Party
Join AZIZ for our next fundraiser event!
We have an incredible line up of performers who have donated their time to put together a show centering the talent of people of colour. Hosted by the Drag King sensation Prince of Persia and joined by special guest performers Desi Maria, Show, Sirisha, Ocean and more. Get ready for a mixture of performances including spoken word poetry, drag and more and to help raise funds for Iranian people.
Doors open at 7pm and the show will promptly start at 7:30, so make sure you arrive early to get a good view of the stage. Dance party until 10pm.
New Year's Eve at The Actors
As attendees you'll receive a free glass of Prosecco on entrance to the show, as we prepare to say good by to 2022 and welcome in the New Year.
The Show will be followed by interactive DJ sets on both floor featuring Afrocat, Sura International and the Spin Cycle B2B. within the theatre lounge and lightroom attendees will be able to experience the music at a background volume through speakers and full volume in Headphones (silent disco style). Its going to be a beautiful space and we are looking forward to sharing this evening with all that come.
Femfestive
Well, mince our pies and jingle our bells, it's the first-ever FemFestive Fundraiser!
FemFest, Brighton's only arts festival that advocates for and showcases the work of women, trans and non-binary performers, needs your help. We want to bring back FemFest bigger and better than ever before in 2023, and having been entirely self-funded up to now, we need your help to make it happen.
We'll be holding a very jolly, very merry all-day-long Christmas fundraiser at The Actors on the 18th December to get you in the Christmas spirit and closer to running FemFest in March.
